- by sending your order to ExPRESS, P.O. Box 1639, El Cerrito, CA 94530.
If you are emailing or sending your order, please include the name of the specific product, plus the quantity you want and the following information: Name on credit card; kind of card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express only); card number; expiration date; 3-digit card verification number (back side of card to the right of the last four digits of card number); shipping address (if different from billing address); daytime phone number (in case there's a problem with the card).
We do ship orders outside the U.S., but they must be charged to a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit card. We do not accept checks for these orders.
Add $4 to your order for shipping and handling; all orders are shipped Priority Mail and should reach you in two to three days. On orders shipped outside the U.S., we charge exactly what we pay to ship.
Orders shipped to California must include sales tax.
Orders received Monday through Friday are shipped the same day they are received. Orders received Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
